Making A Worm Farm From A Bath Tub

Picture gallery below to show the process from a fridge, which is the same basic process for a bath tub.
The videos below show how to make a worm farm from an old bath tub.
First video is my oldest one, the original design.
Second video is my newest ones.

Of special Note Is The DRAINAGE LAYER Used:

Worm farms don’t drain excess liquid (called leachate) off through the bottom of farms very well without a drainage layer.
This is because the VC gets “muddy” instead of the liquid draining off.

This drainage layer allows all the moisture to “percolate” through to the single bath tub drain out let (or fridge/freezer), where a bucket may be placed to collect it.
