Each child builds a working worm farm in a recycled container and takes home live worms to care for. A powerful lesson in responsibility and waste reduction.

A close-up look at insects and their role in nature. Kids discover which bugs help gardens by breaking down waste; why some bugs are called pests; and why both matter in the soil ecosystem.

We can turn any incursion activity (above) into a composting or Subpod system incursion, if you have one of those.
