“Special Bug Investigation” – Kids Entertainment Or Activity
Kids, come along and explore the cool world of worms and bugs, using magnifiers.
Join Brian “The Worm Man” and investigate a series of bugs encased in resin and LIVE worms, LIVE worm cocoons & LIVE beneficial composting bugs!
This hands-on activity uses illuminated magnifiers so that kids can examine specimens closely. Kids can also look at info sheets showing cool information about each specimen.
All live specimens are sealed in plastic dishes so that they can’t escape.
This is a very unique, entertaining and educational activity, that kids & parents alike are sure to love.
We could pair this activity with another minor activity such as:
- We bring worms & composting into the activity by letting the kids “Dig & Discover” in active worm farm material.
- We bring a Nature Discovery tray with magnifiers.
- One of the other set activities that we offer.
