Special Order Fee
Please only purchase this product if requested by Brian.
This fee is for special orders, where Brian has to organise something special for your order.
For example, if you need to be invoiced for your purchase, instead of purchasing a standard product via the website.
Or if you need to pay an additional postage fee.
WARNING:
ASAP shipping is not recommended unless you are sure you will get the package before the weekend.
Customers who request ASAP shipping take all the responsibility for the shipment.
Under no circumstance will Brian replace worms from an ASAP shipment where the worms are not delivered by the weekend.
On the weekend, the worms may be left in a van, post box or facility where they will suffer and may die due to heat or cold or just the extra time spent in the post over the weekend.
While my national delivery average is under 2 business days (as of May’21), I believe the best results come from shipping on the first business day of the week.
Auspost is still not guaranteeing EXPRESS POST; but I still use the EXPRESS satchels as they DO deliver more quickly than standard post.
