If I added vermicompost or worm castings to a compost tumbler would they be considered  green or brown material?

Hi Kyle,
I wouldn’t add VC TO a tumbler as such – I would use the VC on the garden.
It is finished material and ready for use, it doesn’t need another cycle thru a tumbler.

For starting a new tumbler or compost heap, you could add a few handfuls to get the microbial population started – just add a couple handfuls to the tumbler when you start it up.
