I hear that it is too cold in SA to keep African Night Crawlers.  What is the temperature range? Can I use a warmed room or shed?

Hi Geoffrey,

remembering these are average BEDDING temps, not air temps 😉

African Temperature requirements (°F):
Minimum 45° (7.2C)
Maximum 95°  (35C)
Ideal 75-82° (24-28C)

Euro Temperature requirements (°F):
Minimum 38° (3.3C)
Maximum 90° (33C)
Ideal 60-70° (15-21C)

So, yes, you may have to add some heat in some form or other.
