African Night Crawlers for fishing

After noon Brain, I would like to farm a small amount of African Night Crawler worms for my love of  fishing. I’m located in Western Victoria VIC, I hear A.N.C worms handle the heat better than most worms too, as I found out my garden worms last summer in the worm farm only wanted to head south regardless of farm moisture been fresh and high. Before ordering any worms, what medium in the farm does A.N.C worms prefer for farming them sucessifully.
