Hello,
I purchased some fishing worms (European Nightcrawlers) for fishing and haven’t used all of them.
Can I let them loose in the garden? Is it safe for the garden and for the environment to do so?
Seems like a waste to just toss them in the bin…

Hi Rian
If thats the best place you can find for them, they wont cause a problem.
A better place is a compost bin/pile/worm farm – anyone that has one of those will treasure some fat euros for their population.
Even an old pile of grass in your back yard is a good place to put them – they arent actually soil dwelling worms.
