My friend wanted to know whats the best time to look for worms. At night or evening also she wanted to know if its alright for her to lie down on her stomach on the wet soil when the worms start coming out for her to catch them?

Thanks for your question
All I know about worm “catching” is its extremely damaging to the natural environment.
They need to stay where they are.
And you cant actually put soil dwelling worms in a worm farm container – they wont breed and may die.
Worms aint worms – you can see why in the free intro video for the recorded workshop here
