Can I use vermicompost tea to spray on dead grass spots on my lawn will that repair the grass and make it grow better and get rid of the dead grass spots on my lawn? From chemicals or someone urinating on it?

Yes, you can definitely use tea on lawns.
It may help return the soil to being productive, when something like chemicals or urine has made it die off.
We have to remember tea (and other worm products) arent magic potions that immediately fix and improve everything overnight – it may take a few applications, some water and time, but you should see an improvement, especially if you stop using said chemicals etc.
