Can i use the typical black plastic material known as weed mat in my ibc pod worm farm or is that stuff toxic ?

While I have used the same product, I can not advise you on the toxicity levels of it or any other product. Youd have to do some home work yourself, possibly contact the manufacturer of the actual product youre thinking of using.
