I’ve heard of people actually drying green vegetables such as lettuce and kale into powder and was wondering would this be safe to add to my worm bin powdered kale or lettuce or any vegetable that I can make into a powder?

Hi Kyle,
It is safe to feed any left over of this to your worms.
However I wouldnt worry about drying food out to feed to worms, all that extra time and or electricity is a bit of a waste.
It would not help prevent overfeeding, and in fact could lead to overfeeding as the amount of food would look tiny, dried and powdered like that.
Worms may do better with “natural” food, right from your kitchen.
