Which one has more benefits in it worm castings or vermicompost?

Hi Kyle
Vermicompost is the SAME THING as castings – it is just a more accurate name for the end product of composting worms.
As you cannot be sure EVERY particle of a worm farm has passed through a worm, the word vermicompost is used to describe the end result.
