This is an open question at the moment.
I’m trying to put together a list of people. So please bear with me.
I will let you know how I know the person and what I know about them and their practices – then you can decide who to buy from yourself.

Australia
I hope that you would buy from me. I mail worms all around Australia, except for WA (due to quarantine laws and the expensive nature of paying for the inspections)
New Zealand

The United States

Tom has a huge operation. I have known Tom for quite some time, being in the WFA together. Tom supplies to, or drop ships for, a lot of worm farmers in the USA. I trust Tom and his practices.

Pauly has quite a website. You may have noticed I also sell some of his books here on my site. Click here to check them out. Pauly made a decision to build his great website and his own home vegetable farm, over building up a worm selling business.
What he does is “drop ship” from a farm that he trusts. He has procedures in place to monitor his customer’s shipments – and to inspect the quality of the shippers worms regularly. I trust Pauly implicitly.
